His extensive knowledge and success has proven vital in Mediation and Negotiating settlements for businesses and individuals under duress with their creditors.

Phil Krahn

Vice President / CFO & Senior Accountant

Phil has more than 20 years of experience in the accounting industry with experience in a variety of business and industry sectors.

In 1994 he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce focused in Accounting from The University of Calgary. Phil primarily works on corporate accounting, tax and advisory services for privately owned companies and their shareholders. As an outsource CFO or Controller for many of his clients. Today, Phil has become much more to his entrepreneurial clients, extending well beyond accounting to becoming a trusted accounting advisor.

Barry Lewis

Vice President of Operations

Barry has 20 years of hotel management. Successfully under his management plan he has acquired-multi award-winning full-service and focus on premium service hotels.

Throughout his career, he has managed single and multi-unit properties always achieving positive results for the investors. Barry is very focused and excels in budgeting, operations management, sales, revenue management, hotel openings and food & Beverage. Barry graduated from Mount Royal University.

Apryl Porter

Executive Accounting Manager

Apryl has over 20 years of experience in Accounting & Executive Management Administration, and has gained extensive knowledge as an executive assistant to our CFO. She has certification majoring in accounting from The University of Athabasca , AB.

Apryl strives to provide a personal yet professional level of service in assurance, analytical skills, and accuracy in accounting. While involved with all areas of accounting, one area of particular interest to Apryl is the Hospitality and Restaurant industry.

Praveen Joshi

Operations Manager

Praveen has 20 years of experience in Operations Management and Accounting. With his hands-on operations and management experience, he can identify with the challenges facing business owners.

In 2001 he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from IHM, Pusa New Delhi. In 2013 was certified in Canadian Labour Law and a Diploma in Revenue Management from Ecornell.
